Big-framed cornerback with length, coordination, and coverage instincts. Has unverified size, but listed at around 6-foot-3, 185 pounds. Has considerable length for the position. Uses his big frame and long arms to disrupt wide receivers off the line when working in press coverage. Able to reroute pass-catchers with ease. Shows smooth movement skills with the ability to flip his hips and redirect in coverage, especially for a bigger cornerback. Shows quality natural instincts when reading routes and breaking on the football. Able to track and locate the ball. Physical as a run defender. Also worked at wide receiver some as a junior. Does not have any verified athletic markers and pure top end speed remains a question. Also older for the cycle, turning 19 years old in February of his junior year. Size and instincts make him an intriguing corner prospect with some remaining questions to be answered. Has the upside to develop into one of the top cornerback prospects in the 2027 cycle.

Aamuary Fountain is a big riser at corner. I think you have to start with just his combination of size, length, and fluidity and coverage. Really a natural mover, flips his hips with ease, and is just highly effective as a cover man. Based on what we’ve seen, there’s considerable high-end physical traits just with his frame and stature and functional movement skills that we see on film. We felt like he was one of the better corners that we evaluated in this update.
